Here at Zenaa, food is important; no need to lift a finger, or think what's for dinner. Our private chef has that sorted.

The day can be as full or as empty as you like. If you want someone else to take charge and let you know the wheres and the whens whilst also having the ability to opt in or opt out, then this is the place for you. We have scheduled activities in the morning; the afternoon is all yours. Why not take a long soak in the bath, head to the local town for a spot of shopping and a coffee, or curl up in the sunshine to read your book? Optional activities such as massage and creative workshops are also available to choose from.

Zenaa Retreats are for the 'schedule-seeking, choice conscious' crowd.

If you're the one hiding in the back row afraid of getting something wrong, or not being flexible enough, these retreats are for you. In our classes, you practice in a safe space, at your own pace, with no judgement. If you want to rest in child's pose for an hour, or skip a class completely, the choice is entirely yours.

This wonderful journey started from an ocean view studio in Sydney 8 years ago when Katie took to her yoga mat to find calm. And the best bit about it – lots of those customers are now close friends. It is the most incredible community.
