As with all Zenaa Wellness Retreats, we ebb and flow, curating our getaways to work with the seasons, with venues, food and activities thoughtfully chosen to reflect the location and time of year.
In this world of non-stop messages and emails, our screens telling us what we should and shouldn't do, look like or eat, the overload is real and it is difficult to escape. We understand those pressures. We feel them too. We also believe that time is precious; a luxury to be protected. For those who are busy, always-on-the-move, the hustlers, the professionals just making it through, the ones who are learning the benefits of slowing down, we have taken the opportunity to design a series of one-day getaways just for you.

The day will begin with an energising morning yoga session to awaken your body, then enjoy a slow-paced, guided walk through the countryside as it begins to bloom. Pausing for a delicious, nourishing lunch made from fresh, seasonal ingredients, crafted to leave you feeling balanced and replenished. In the afternoon, there will be a fun & mindful creative activity, before ending the day with a calming, restorative yoga practice that invites deep relaxation and mindful presence as you set intentions for the season ahead. Perfect for all levels, this retreat day offers a truly nourishing escape into nature.

What better location to get your creative energy flowing, than this elegant coastal bolthole? The day will begin with a dynamic yoga class to strengthen the body, still the mind. After a beautiful coastal walk, taking in the glorious sites and sounds of our spectacular setting, we will return to a delicious lunch prepared by our private chef. In the afternoon we will take part in a mindfulness drawing exercise, followed by a gentle yoga and meditation practice to close the day.

Only a 30-minute train ride from London, and a short hop from the station, the Thames Lido is exclusive yet accessible. The day will consist of two yoga workshops and a fabulous poolside lunch within this historic and wonderfully restored setting, adjacent to the River Thames. For the ultimate indulgence, you will have the option to add the use of the spa facilities - the outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room - to your package. A complete reset for the body and the mind.

The most perfect weekend executed amazingly, from the yoga classes, the wild swimming, the incredible food, the guided walks, the company and the chats, to the best nights sleep I've ever had, I can't find a single thing to fault in my retreat experience. Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.
We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!

Absolutely! We love our solo travellers and welcome them with open arms, its a great place to meet likeminded people.
No! We welcome all abilities from complete newbies to those who practice regularly. We offer modifications as we go, to accommodate different ages, abilities and body types, to ensure every practice is perfect for you.
Morning classes involve a dynamic hatha yoga practice, with some flowing sequences to build strength and flexibility in the body. Afternoon classes will be yin or gentle yoga to wind down and relax.
It is the guest’s responsibility to arrange transport to the venue, the full address will be provided once deposit payment has been made. There is parking available at all venues, or if you would like to use public transport send us an email info@zenaa.co.uk and we will let you know where the nearest station is.
