You’ll also be able to join live classes on Zoom, where we come together twice a month to practise as a community – a dynamic mid-week class on a Wednesday evening, and a gentle yoga session towards the end of the month to help you slow down and restore. Every 8 weeks, we gather for an online book club, and in between, our community WhatsApp group keeps you feeling supported.

Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.
We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!
