Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.
We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!
