Immerse yourself in the moment where mist-draped mountains, lush landscapes, vibrant nature and soothing sounds provide the backdrop to the everyday.

This isn't a yoga retreat in the conventional sense. It's a week-long immersion in the heart of Sri Lanka — a country with one of the world's oldest wellness traditions — with yoga as your daily grounding ritual.

From the moment you land, every detail is taken care of, with days flowing seamlessly from yoga to mindfulness, nourishing meals to restorative massage, with space for you to curate your own adventure. Join in with creative workshops and cultural experiences, meander through the tea plantations, watch the wildlife or relax by the pool. Fresh, locally prepared meals offer an authentic taste of Sri Lanka, creating a beautiful balance of movement, rest and immersion.

This is For You If...

  • You're curious about Asia but want the reassurance of expert support and planning
  • You value connection — with yourself, nature, and like-minded travellers
  • You want to experience authentic culture while staying in a beautiful, peaceful setting
  • You're seeking a blend of adventure and relaxation without the stress of organising it yourself
  • You're ready to step outside your comfort zone in a safe, welcoming environment
From Your Host

Kind Words

Here's what guests say about Zenaa retreats.

Arrived home refreshed and relaxed

This was my first Wellness Retreat and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Katie is a super host and a great Yoga and Wellness teacher, always mindful of the varied experience within the group. I met some wonderful new friends and arrived home refreshed and relaxed. The yoga, wellness, food and company were all excellent. Thank you Katie and Zenaa Retreats…until next time

— Helen, Madeira Retreat 2025
Highly recommend for solo travellers

Just returned from a Zenaa Retreat led by the founder, Katie. I loved every part of it, the yoga, the walks, the excellent food from our private chef and of course the company of the other attendees. Much laughter, quiet conversation and space for self reflection. I highly recommend for solo travellers. Katie manages the event superbly and provides an inclusive, nurturing retreat experience.

— Deborah, Madeira Retreat 2025
A five star experience - highly recommended

The Portugal Retreat at Casa Terra was sublime. Katie is a talented, warm and generous curator of experience. The house, set in a beautiful landscape, was spacious, welcoming and hugely relaxing. The yoga shala, surrounded by greenery, the sound of birdsong, and blue sky was the perfect place to centre ourselves and do some deep body work. And the food, the food!! Chef Miia created every meal to perfection. And if all that wasn't enough, there was also a natural pond for swimming and a day at the beach. Truly a five star experience - highly recommended. Thank you for all your hard work Katie - we were all nourished and delighted by the experience.

— Clare, Portugal Retreat, 2025
I came away feeling both relaxed and energised

Salcombe, October 2024 was my first experience of a yoga retreat and my first time as a solo traveller joining a group. Katie and the other group members, most also travelling alone, could not have been more friendly and welcoming. The yoga sessions, the coastal walks, the fabulous food, the beautiful accommodation with a stunning view, the companionship... I couldn't have asked for more. I came away feeling both relaxed and energised, having learnt some valuable lessons.

— Avril, Devon Retreat, 2024
The ultimate everything

A Zenaa retreat provides the ultimate everything. Having a true break from life where everything has been thought of for you from incredible food, wonderful yoga for all levels, beautiful location, luxury accommodation, guided walks and enough free time to read, bathe and relax. The greatest feeling from the Cotswolds retreat was one of being held and nurtured! Thank you Katie x

— Tabitha, Cotswolds Retreat, 2024
It’s accessible and carefully orchestrated

My first residential yoga/wellness retreat ever and what a beautiful setting for it. Casa Terra (Portugal Retreat) was the perfect place for some much needed R&R with great food, great weather and lovely company. The yoga punctuations were a bit much for my current level of fitness, but I was able to pace myself and adapt without judgement. Zenaa is a good place to start if you are new to this as it’s accessible and carefully orchestrated.
