The Idyllic Countryside Escape

Your moment of relaxation awaits….

Our Cotswolds retreat is designed to nurture all the senses this springtime. With twice daily yoga practices, we will massage, lengthen and strengthen our weary muscles, and awaken and invigorate our bodies ready for the year ahead. Our breath work and meditation practices will ground us, helping us to create strong roots from which to grow. With revitalising walks, relaxing massage and space to simply be, this retreat will help you transition out of winter mode, putting a spring in your step and joy in your heart.

Springtime is the season of new beginnings, with nature portraying new life in all its splendid beauty. March is the perfect time to embark on a yoga retreat. It’s time to shed those winter layers and start moving our bodies slowly, in time with the world around us. There’s no better way to embrace this transition than on a springtime wellness retreat. Embark on the new year with a fresh perspective, a reset, a time of positive change. Fill your cup ready for the year ahead, leave feeling rested, re-energised, ready to tackle anything.

Embrace the change of season with this restoring and rejuvenating retreat.

"In the embrace of the English countryside, you’ll find the tonic of tranquility."

The Cotswolds retreat will bring you all the delicious and nourishing comfort food your body craves at this time of year. Fresh and locally sourced ingredients will be transformed into mouth-watering seasonal dishes by our private chef. We will eat together in the family dining area before retreating to enjoy cosy hot drinks by the glow of the open log fire.

With a thriving foodie scene, you'll also have the opportunity to explore the local culinary wonders that the Cotswolds has quietly become so well known for - from stylish farm shops and delis to busy farmers markets overflowing with fresh produce.

Sarah, Cotswolds Retreat 2024

The most perfect weekend executed amazingly, from the yoga classes, the wild swimming, the incredible food, the guided walks, the company and the chats, to the best nights sleep I've ever had, I can't find a single thing to fault in my retreat experience. Thank you to Katie for organising the most brilliant weekend. Can't wait to book my next one!

The retreat was exactly what I needed, a place of calm & tranquility.

Debbie, Portugal Retreat 2024

Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.

Wow what an amazing first ever Yoga retreat for me.

Mel, Devon Yoga Retreat 2024

We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!
