Relaxed, fun, restful while moving your body positively and gently, such fabulous food and wonderful yoga for all standards. I highly recommend and will be booking again! The most perfect weekend executed amazingly, from the yoga classes, the wild swimming, the incredible food, the guided walks, the company and the chats, to the best nights sleep I've ever had, I can't find a single thing to fault in my retreat experience. Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.
We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!
