Diane is the Founder of the Academy for Yoga Training with 25 years of teaching experience. An approachable and spiritual guide, she is an accredited Angel Card Master and coach who specialises in creating safe spaces for reflection and self-development.

Katie Hodge
Zenaa is led by founder Katie Hodge, who hosts every retreat. A yoga teacher and retreat curator, Katie has created over 30 sold-out retreats across the UK and Europe - calm, nourishing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect and feel truly looked after.
