The itinerary has been curated with your every need in mind. Each day will begin with a dynamic yoga practice to energise the body, and invigorate the soul. After a hearty breakfast, you have the opportunity to explore the local area and breathe in the fresh sea air with a guided walk along the meandering coastal path. Returning home for a well-earned lunch, the afternoon is yours to fill however your heart desires - a deep-tissue massage, a bracing dip in the sea, or a moment of calm, curled up with a cup of tea and book. Before sitting down to dinner, we will wind down with a gentle evening practice. Come with an open mind and leave with a full heart.
This retreat is for the ocean lover, the one who is happiest by the sea. We will practice yoga with views out to the rolling waves, take guided walks along the rugged coast paths, and give you the time and space to breath the fresh sea air. Located in the idyllic Devonshire seaside village of Hope Cove, when the sun is shining, you could be in the south of France. Get ready to be nourished and nurtured, to relax more than you know possible and to create memories that will last long after your seaside footprints have gently washed from the sandy shores.

The most perfect weekend executed amazingly, from the yoga classes, the wild swimming, the incredible food, the guided walks, the company and the chats, to the best nights sleep I've ever had, I can't find a single thing to fault in my retreat experience. Katie’s calm and clear approach to our yoga lessons in the amazing yoga studio surrounded by nature was pure luxury. Through the meditation and journaling I was able to have the space and time to get my thoughts on paper and see how I could do things differently. During this time I felt supported by lovely like minded people. I have returned home totally recharged and re energised with a positive attitude, a slightly more flexible body, and a far more flexible outlook to life.
We were at a fantastic venue in Salcombe Devon. I didn’t really know what to expect but I absolutely loved it … Katie is an excellent teacher, catering for all levels , there was a great mix of Yoga, walks , meditation and yummy food along with a lovely group of like minded people and even Katie’s Mum helped out giving this a real family and inclusive feel. I’m just about to book another one!

A non-refundable £200 deposit is required to confirm your room for this retreat. Full payment will be required approximately 2 months prior to the retreat. If you are booking less than 2 months prior to the start date of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking. Watch out for emails from our booking system ‘We Travel’ as this will send out little reminders prior to the payment due date and also to follow up if payment is overdue.
Absolutely! We love our solo travellers and welcome them with open arms. If you would like space to yourself, we have a single occupancy room, or if you'd like to paired with a fellow traveller of the same gender this is also possible. Take a look at the room options above to find a room perfect for you.
No! We welcome all abilities from complete newbies to those who practice regularly. We will take time during the first workshop to go through all the common yoga poses, learning/ re-capping alignment, where we should be feeling the stretch to ensure you are confident in your yoga practice. We also offer modifications as we go, to accommodate different ages, abilities and body types, to ensure every practice is perfect for you.
The morning workshops will be dynamic hatha yoga, with some flowing sequences to build strength and flexibility in the body. The evening classes will be yin or gentle yoga to wind down and relax before dinner.
It's the guests responsibility to arrange transport to the venue, the full address will be provided once deposit payment has been made. If you would like to drive there is a car park available at the venue. If you would like to travel via public transport the closest train station is Totnes, from here you will need to book a taxi to Hope Cove. If you are planning to take public transport do let me know and if there is anyone else arriving into Totnes station I will connect you so that you can lift share.
The next retreat will be held from Friday 25th - Monday 28th April. Guests are invited to arrive from 17:00 on Friday 25th April, with check out at 10:00 on Monday 28th April. If you can't make this date, still sign up to the waitlist as you'll be alerted to future events taking place at this venue.
