Expect grounding movement, breathwork and meditation, unhurried walks through the winter countryside, wholesome food prepared for you, and the quiet company of other women who simply need to rest. A Zenaa retreat provides the ultimate everything. Having a true break from life where everything has been thought of for you from incredible food, wonderful yoga for all levels, beautiful location, luxury accommodation, guided walks and enough free time to read, bathe and relax. The greatest feeling from the Cotswolds retreat was one of being held and nurtured! Thank you Katie x

— Tabitha, Cotswolds Retreat, 2024

Had an incredible time at Katie's Cotswolds yoga retreat at the weekend. There was a mixture of ages and abilities in our group, which Katie catered to expertly during the yoga sessions. The optional guided walks each day were excellent. All food provided was incredible, and careful consideration was given to any dietary requirements. The setting was simply idyllic and the perfect place to relax in free time. I highly recommend Katie's retreats.

Not at all. The practices are deliberately gentle and grounding, with modifications offered throughout. This is a restorative weekend focused on rest and nervous system recovery rather than a challenging or athletic style of yoga, so complete beginners are very welcome.

Absolutely - many guests join solo. There are single occupancy rooms as well as shared options, and solo travellers are warmly and seamlessly woven into the group from the moment they arrive. It's a supportive, women-only space.
